Day 1 Hanoi arrival (D)
Upon arrival Hanoi, you will be welcomed by our guide at the airport then transfer to your hotel in Hanoi. Free for relaxing. Tonight, we enjoy our welcome dinner at a fine local restaurant in town.

Day 2 Hanoi city tour (B, L, D)
Today we start our one day city tour from the lobby of the hotel. We will drive to Ho Chi Minh Complex, where we will spend a couple of hour to visit: Ho Chi Minh's mausoleum, his former stilt-house residence, the Presidential Palace, the Ho Chi Minh museum and one pillar pagoda. Keep going to see the Temple of Literature: Originally built as a temple to Confucius, this is the site of Vietnam's first university dating back to 1070. The temple highlights the importance that Vietnamese society placed then and now on education.
Lunch will be at a fine local restaurant in Hanoi.
In the afternoon, we will visit one of the most interesting museums in Vietnam; Museum of Ethnology, which is widely acknowledged as the best in the country and has an extensive display dedicated to Vietnam's 54 Ethnic minority peoples. Following by that we will wander around the city by car to see the real life of Hanoian as well as the difference parts the city.
After that we will take one-hour cyclo around the Old Quarter, known as the 36 streets, this bustling area of narrow streets is home to literally thousands of small businesses and shopkeepers. Originally, each of the 36 streets names' was related to the products being sold there. Before we go back to hotel, we will have chance enjoy the unique Water Puppet show. Hear the Vietnamese traditional instruments and singing from the live musicians who play throughout the show.

Day 3 Hanoi - Halong Bay (Over night on junk cruise) (B, L, D)
Morning from 8:00 to 8:30 picked up at your hotel then we then transfer to Halong Bay. On the way we will pass the area of the Red River Delta with green rice paddies fields. About half way, we will have a short beak at a humanity center. After that, we will continue our journey to Halong City. Upon arrival at the wharf, we will be welcome on board of Halong Sail. After check in our deluxe cabins we will have great fresh seafood set lunch while Halong Sails starts the journey on the seclude Halong Bay.
We will pass many islands and islands, which emerge from the emerald water. We will have chance to see the Incense burner islets, dog islet, fighting cocks islets…We will also see many fishing villages. At around 4 PM we will visit the most beautiful cave in Halong Bay, the Amazing caves (Hang Sung Sot in Vietnamese). Inside the caves, we will see thousand of stalactites and stalagmites with many sizes, shapes and colors.
After the cave, we will visit the Titop island where we will have chance to go up to the top of the island for the bird eye view point to experiences the panoramic view of the majestic bay or go swimming on the nice beach. We also have option of doing kayaking to explore the area
In the evening we, will enjoy fresh seafood set dinner in the restaurant. After dinner we are free at our leisure or we can do squid fishing in the night if request. Overnight on board.
Accommodation: Halong Sails Junk Cruise (En-suite cabin).
Day 4 Halong Bay – Hanoi (shopping) (B, L, D)
From 7:00 Am our set menu breakfast will be severed in the restaurant We then have chance to explore the Luon cave (a Hallow cave) by a small boat. Then Halong Sails will keep going to explore more part of the Bay by passing Man head island, Tortoise Island… then back to the wharf.
During that time, we will check out our cabin and clear the bills. From 10 to 10:30 we will see the demonstration of trimming flowers from fruits & roots by the chef on the cruise. At 11:00 Am, we will disembark and transfer to Cua Vang, one of the best restaurants in Halong City for lunch
(Noted: In some occasions, we will have lunch on the boat). We then get on our van to transfer back to Hanoi. Upon arrival we will take a short shopping at Dong Xuan market before back to your hotel. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 5 Departure (B)
Free until transfer to the airport for the flight back home. Good-bye Vietnam. End of services here.

If the restaurant indicated is not available on the day, your guide will arrange another restaurant from our list of approved restaurants. Breakfast is usually a western style buffet. We endeavor to ensure that a choice of western and Vietnamese breakfasts is supplied, however there may be occasions when only a Vietnamese simple breakfast is available in some remote locations.
Private Transfers:
Transfers between airports, hotels and scenic spots while sightseeing by private air conditioned vehicle with a driver and English-speaking guide (as listed above). Your comfort is our priority!
Guide:
As outlined in the itinerary an English-speaking guide and driver will be provided in each city, who will remain with you throughout your time in that city. A new guide and a new driver will meet you at each city on your tour, to provide you with the best local knowledge available.
Hotels:
Hotel fees are based on two people sharing one room with twin beds (twin share basis). All hotel as listed in the above itinerary serve daily western or Vietnamese breakfast or continental. All rooms are air-conditioned with private facilities unless specified.
